- The nylon outer layer helps contain moisture. Surface condensation is normal, like a cold drink cup fogging from ice inside.
- Remove every ice pack before washing the collar. The ice packs are not washable; washing may crack them and affect use.
- Do not let your pet chew the ice packs. Sharp claws or teeth may puncture them. Do not reuse a damaged pack.
- Use the collar under supervision and inspect the collar and packs before each use. Cooling performance varies with conditions and does not guarantee protection from heat-related illness.
