How much is US shipping?
Standard US shipping is $7.99. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $79 or more ship free.
Why might my items arrive separately?
Orders are typically consolidated into a single parcel whenever possible. In rare cases, a multi-item order may ship in more than one parcel and receive separate tracking updates.
How do I choose a size?
Measure your pet before ordering and compare the result with the size guide on the product page. For harnesses, measure the neck and fullest part of the chest without pulling the tape tight.
What if an item is wrong or damaged?
Send photos or video within 14 days of delivery. After review, we can arrange a free replacement or original-payment refund without requesting a return of the item.
Do you accept change-of-mind returns?
Yes. Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. See our Refund Policy for details.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. Same-product size exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. For the first size exchange, you pay 50% of the return shipping cost and we cover the rest plus your replacement shipping. For a second exchange, you pay 100% of the return shipping cost.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel for a full refund at any time before your order ships. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible and the standard return/exchange policy applies.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Which cats may enjoy outdoor walks?
Confident, curious cats that recover calmly from new sounds and places may enjoy short cat walks. Abyssinian and Devon Rex cats can be active and curious, but breed alone does not predict whether an individual cat will enjoy a harness.
Can every cat learn to walk on a harness?
No. Some cats prefer indoor life or find restraint stressful. Watch your cat’s body language and never force a walk.
How should I start harness training?
Let your cat sniff the cat harness indoors, reward calm behavior, and begin with brief sessions. Add the leash only after your cat moves comfortably in the harness.
How long does cat harness training take?
Many cats need about 7–14 days to adjust, while others need longer. Progress at your cat’s pace and keep sessions positive.
What signs mean I should stop a cat walk?
Stop if your cat freezes, crouches, backs away repeatedly, flattens their ears, tucks their tail, pants, or tries to escape. Return to a quiet space and let them settle.
Which cats should not be taken for outdoor walks?
Cats with heart disease or other health concerns should not go on outdoor walks without veterinary guidance. Cats showing persistent fear or distress may be better suited to indoor enrichment.
How should I use a recovery suit?
Use a recovery suit only as part of the care plan given by your veterinarian. Check the fit, breathing, skin, wound area, eating, drinking, and litter-box access during supervised wear. Remove it and contact your veterinarian if your cat shows distress, swelling, irritation, worsening pain, or other concerning changes. Is this cat harness escape-proof?
No. The figure-8 layout is escape-resistant when correctly fitted, not escape-proof. Supervise every outing and check the fit before leaving home.
What is the best place for a first cat walk?
Choose a quiet, enclosed, low-traffic area and avoid crowded or noisy environments. Keep the first outing short and return home before your cat becomes overwhelmed.
Can kittens or senior cats go outside on a harness?
Age, health, vaccination status, and temperament all matter. Ask your veterinarian when needed, then introduce the harness and outdoor environment gradually.
How do I choose the right cat harness size?
Measure your cat while standing: around the neck base, the fullest part of the chest behind the front legs, and from the neck base to the tail base. Leave about 0.4–0.8 in (1–2 cm) of room and use the Sizing Guide.
What should I bring on an outdoor cat walk?
Bring water, treats, a way to identify your cat, and a quiet route home. Keep the leash attached only after the harness fit has been checked.
