3. Orders and Payment

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our services and product information are provided on an "as available" basis. PawPad is not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, incorrect address information, weather events, or force majeure events. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
