• Choose by neck fit and actual build first; weight ranges are guidance only. Fur length, body shape and individual comfort can affect the fit.
• If your cat resists wearing the collar, introduce it gradually. The inner Velcro can help secure the drawcord, but the fit must never restrict breathing, eating or normal comfort.
• For spay/neuter or other wound-care routines, size up only when the neck fit and coverage require it, and follow your veterinarian’s guidance.
• Supervise wear and stop use if your cat shows distress, swelling, irritation or difficulty breathing or eating. Seek veterinary advice when needed.

Measure the neck where the collar will sit. Leave a comfortable fit that allows normal breathing and eating, then check the coverage and your pet’s response under supervision. Do not select by weight alone.

Can my cat eat and move while wearing it?

The wider opening and soft construction are designed to leave room for eating, walking and resting, but every cat should be monitored and the fit adjusted for comfort.

Can I return a collar my pet has worn?

Used recovery collars cannot be accepted for resale for hygiene reasons. Contact us before sending back any item so we can confirm the applicable policy.

• Hand wash gently only with cold or lukewarm water and mild detergent.
• Do not machine wash, bleach, iron, dry clean or tumble dry.
• Spot clean with a soft brush and air dry completely. Wash dark and light colors separately.
• Dark colors may bleed during the first wash. If needed, soak in cold salt water for about 30 minutes; color stability may improve after 2–3 washes.
• Store dry and away from sharp objects. Do not let your pet chew the collar or drawcord.
